Whether you are designing a new home, restoring your historic home or planning an addition, Cape May Architect under the supervision of Catherine Lorentz, AIA will give you professional service and careful guidance through the entire process.
Our firm has long lasting relationships with all our clients, design partners and builders, making up the team to create a successful project. We do not stop when the documents are complete. We are your eyes and ears and will guide you through the bid negotiations, zoning approval process, Historic Preservation Commission reviews and are there for onsite field visits during construction. CATHERINE A. LORENTZ, AIA, NCARB, PRINCIPAL
Catherine is licensed to practice architecture in the state of New Jersey. She has solid and broad experience as an architect managing the design and construction of residential buildings, international law firms, corporate facilities, hotels and restoration of historical structures, locally and nationally. Catherine graduated from the prestigious Cooper Union in NYC. She has worked in New York City architectural firms for 15 years and been established in Cape May County as a principal of her own firm since 2006. She has a real excitement for architecture. She is knowledgeable in the special requirements for homes built in South Jersey and along the Jersey Shore. Catherine brings years of experience and it is shared with each new design endeavor.
